Adding Toner

Open the Toner Supply Door.

When the toner supply in the toner hopper becomes low, the ADD TONER symbol flashes and the 
message: “Add Toner Press HELP” appears on the Touch Screen.

This machine has two levels of warnings. The first is a low toner condition which occurs when 
there is enough toner for approximately 1000 copies remaining. This allows you to finish the job in 
process prior to adding toner. The second condition is a toner out warning. In this case, the 
machine stops immediately to prevent damage from occurring.
