Making Copies
Turning the Copier Power ON
1
Press the Power Switch to the ON position to turn your copier ON.
•
After about seven minutes, the message “READY” is displayed
on the Touch Screen.
•
If the Electronic Access Code feature is activated, the message
“Enter job access code” is displayed.

Enter your four digit access code.

Placing Your Original Document
1
Place your original document.
•
Face-down on the Exposure Glass. Align your original to the indicator mark representing the size of original
being copied.
•
Face-up in the Document Feeder.
Place your original(s) on the copier in one of the following ways:
• Face-down, directly on the Exposure Glass
• Face-up in the Document Feeder
