Setting of TX Operations
Closed Network TX
If Closed Network TX is set to ON, you only can transmit a document to any destination registered
in One Touch Dial, Speed Dial and Phone Book.
Closed Network TX provides a means of controlling machine communications. When transmitting
an important document, avoiding transmission to the wrong destination.
You can not dial the fax number directly from the keypad.

Press the "Program" key 4 times.
The display changes to the TX Operation mode.

Press ‘4’ of the Keypad.
The display now changes to the Closed Network TX mode

Press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to select ON or OFF the closed Network, and press
"Yes" key.
This completes the setting for Closed Network TX.

Press the Panel Reset key, back to the initial state.
The initial screen is displayed.
Header
Header prints information on the paper at the receiving end, that identifies that you
transmitted the document. The header appears at the top of each page in a document. It
shows the senders name, page number, and the time of transmission.

Press the "Program" key 4 times.
The display changes to the “TX OPERATION”.

Press “6” on the keypad.
The display now changes to the Header mode.

Press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to select ON or OFF the Header function,
then press the "Yes" key.

This completes the setting for Header.
Press the Panel Reset key to return to the initial state.
