Selecting the interface
For all three methods, the correct interface must be entered in cgManager. To do this, select
"Preferences" and then "Interface" or double-click on the interface pane in the status bar.

• In the open form, select the interface
you want to use to connect to the
EK 533 plus ("COM X" or "Bluetooth").
• Close the form by clicking the OK button.
• Alternatively, the button "COM scan" can
be clicked on.
• This searches for and selects the
appropriate COM interface. The device
must be connected to a CrossCom
RS232 or CrossCom USB in order to
do this.
Note:
As explained above, if you are
unsure which interface to select, check in
the Windows Device Manager.
