HEATER-RELATED MESSAGES
The water is too hot (OHS) – M029
One of the water temperature sensors has detected that the
water temperature in the spa is 43.3°C and the spa functions
have been deactivated. The system is reset automatically
when the water temperature in the spa falls below 42.2°C.
Check for increased pump operation or a high ambient
temperature.
Protective switch – blocked inlet pump* – M033
This error message indicates the vacuum switch has closed.
This happens in the event of an inlet problem to prevent the
possible risk of something becoming caught. (NB: Not all
spas have this function.)
Reduced heater flow (HFL) – M016
The water flow through the heater may be too low to carry
the heat away from the heating element. The heater will
restart after one minute. See “Flow-related checks” below.
Reduced heater flow (FL) – M017
The water flow through the heater is too low to carry the
heat away from the heating element and the heater has been
deactivated. See “Flow-related checks” below. Once the
problem has been rectified, press any button to reset and
start the heater.
The heater may be dry* – M028
The heater may be dry or have insufficient water to start. The
spa will switch off for 15 minutes. Press any button to reset
and start the heater. See “Flow-related checks” below.
The heater is dry* – M027
The heater has insufficient water to start. The spa will switch
off. Once the problem has been rectified, press any button to
reset and start the heater. See “Flow-related checks” below.
The heater temperature is too high (OHH)* – M030
One of the water temperature sensors has detected a
temperature of 47.8°C in the heater and the spa has been
switched off. When the water temperature falls below 42.2°C
you can reset using any button. See “Flow-related checks”
below.
A reset message may be displayed with other messages.
Certain faults require the power to be switched off and on
again.
