Prepare

concrete

 

slab

 

as

 

required.

 

2.

Freestanding

 

bench

 

ships

 

with

 

glides

 

installed.

 

Bench

 

can

 

be

 

set

 

in

 

place.

Important!

  

Do

 

NOT

 

drag

 

bench

 

across

 

concrete

 

or

 

other

 

rough

 

surfaces.

 

Do

 

NOT

 

lift

 

the

 

bench

 

by

 

the

 

arms

Do

 

NOT

 

lift

 

the

 

backed

 

bench

 

by

 

the

 

back

 

panel.

Do

 

NOT

 

drop

 

the

 

bench

 

– lower

 

gently

 

into

 

place.

1.

Tip

installed.

Install

mount

 

tab

each

 

support,

Move

and

 

drill

 

holes

 

according

 

to

 

diameter

 

and

 

depth

 

required

manufacturer.

 

Clear

 

holes

 

of

 

debris.

5.

Set

 

bench

 

back

 

in

 

position

 

and

 

install

 

surface

 

mount

 

anchors

 

per

 

manufacturer’s

 

instructions.

EMBEDDED

 

bench:

1.

Tip

 

bench

 

onto

 

protective

 

material.

 

Remove

 

glides.

2.

Install

 

threaded

 

rods

 

into

 

supports

 

as

 

shown

 

in

 

Fig.

Support

set

 

into

 

position.

4.

Trace

 

around

 

threaded

 

rods

 

to

 

mark

 

hole

 

locations.

5.

Move

 

bench

 

and

 

drill

 

holes

 

per

 

anchoring

 

epoxy

 

manufacturer’s

 

recommendations.

 

Clear

 

holes

 

of

 

debris.

6.

Test

 

fit

 

bench

 

into

 

position,

 

ensuring

 

that

 

the

 

threaded

 

rods

 

are

 

not

 

resting

 

on

 

the

 

bottom

 

of

 

the

 

drilled

 

holes.

7.

Remove

 

bench

 

and

 

fill

 

holes

 

with

 

epoxy.

8.

Set

 

bench

 

in

 

position.

 

Wipe

 

away

 

excess

 

epoxy

 

before

 

it

 

begins

 

to

 

cure.

To

 

adjust

 

leveling

 

glides:

1.
