Receipt Inspection Checklist
Electric Hydraulic Power Unit
Operators or Certified Technicians: Conduct Upon Deliver of the equipment to identify possible faults or safety concerns.
It is important that these inspections are documented. During this inspection, be sure to check the overall condition of
the equipment (i.e. body/paint damage, etc). Also check the equipment for any signs of fluid leaks. Make comments of
any conditions that are out of the ordinary and report them to your supervisor immediately.

Inspect the vent cover, front cover, top
cover, rear cover and hydraulic reservoir for
missing mounting hardware and securely
fasten.
Hydraulic Reservoir
Inspect the fill cap and strainer for signs of
wear or damage.
Hoses & Couplers
Inspect the power unit hydraulic hoses and
couplers for wear, damage and signs of
leaking.
Charging Port & Light
Inspect for signs of wear, damage or
missing port weather cover.
Display Module
Inspect for signs of wear or damage.
Emergency Stop
Push and pull the Button to check function.
Pump-on Light
Inspect for signs of wear or damage
Battery
Fully charge the batteries before operating
the power unit,
