INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
–
A quad bike needs regular inspection and maintenance just like a bicycle or a motorcycle. Always make
sure the quad bike is turned off and the power cord is disconnected before performing the following
operations.
Checking and cleaning the quad bike
–
Regularly inspect the structure and tyres for damage or excessive wear. In case of excessive wear, the tyre
must be replaced. Do not use water or other liquids or cleaning agents for cleaning. Moisten a clean cloth
with clean, soapy water and apply to the frame of the quad, then rinse the cloth thoroughly and wipe
down the quad. Clean so that water does not get into the battery cover, power input, display, or tyres.
–
Regularly check the tightness of all connections and screws.
–
Check the front and rear shock absorbers regularly. The damper should spring and return to its original
position after pushing on the quad.
–
Check the brake function before each ride. If the brake function is not sufficient, it will be necessary to
shorten the cable directly at the brake. Loosen the screw that secures the cable and pull the cable so that
it is not too tight. Tighten the screw again and fine-tune the lever.
Maintenance and service
–
A quad bike requires regular maintenance and regular service just like a bicycle.
–
The recommended service check is at least once a year.
Quad bike storage
–
Fully charge the battery before storing. If you store the quad bike for longer than two months, charge the
battery to half capacity at least once every 30 days. If this is not done, it is very likely that the device will
malfunction, and the repair will not be covered by the warranty.
–
If the indoor storage temperature is below 0°, do not charge the quad bike immediately. Before charging,
you must place the quad bike in a warmer environment (5–40°C) for at least 2 hours. Store the quad bike
indoors, in a dry place and at the correct storage temperature.
SAFETY GUIDELINES AND PRECAUTIONS
–
The box contains small parts that can be dangerous for children. Always store the product out of the
reach of children. The bags can cause suffocation if placed on the head and the parts they contain are a
choking hazard.
–
Failure to follow basic instructions and any of the following safety precautions may result in damage to
the motorcycle, loss of manufacturer‘s warranty, other property damage, serious injury and even death.
Always use only original accessories, including the battery. If incompatible accessories are used, you risk
voiding the warranty and possible damage to the device.

Before each use, check the technical condition of the quad bike.

wheel wells that interfere with riding!
