16.7 - CORE TEMPERATURE PROBES
The special Core Temperature Probes
function allows you to monitor the core
temperatures in the single points of the
multi-point core probe.
• Press “PLUS” directly on the touch
screen to access the Special Functions.
• Select “Core Temp. Probe” directly
on the touch-screen, or rotate the
S until you are positioned on
“Needle probes” and then confirm by
pressing the S.
• The temperatures of the single probe
points are displayed for a more
accurate control.
• Press the “BACK” key to view the cooking
parameters again.
