Machine Placement
Safety Rules for lifting machine:
1.) Make sure the machine is well balanced while in lifting.
2.) The machine can be lifted by a fork lifter or by a steel wire.
3.) Use enough capacity of fork lifter to raise or move the
machine.
4.) Make sure the fork lifter protrudes over the bottom of the
machine.
5.) Do not raise the machine too high as they may result in
poor stability of the machine.
6.) It is suggested to ask another person to help guiding the
way when using a fork lifter to move the machine.
MACHINE INSTALLATION LOCATION:
1.) The variety of voltage : 0.9-1.1 times to fixed voltage or (198V-242V).
2.) The variety of Electric Frequency: 0.9-1.01 times to the fixed frequency.
3.) Ambient temperature: 5 degrees C - 45 degrees C (41 degrees Fahrenheit- 113 degrees Fahrenheit).
4.) Environment humidity: not more than 50% at 40 degrees C or 104 degrees Fahrenheit
( 20 degrees C or 52 degrees Fahrenheit).
5.) Do not expose the machine under the sunshine or any lights with high temperature. Otherwise, the ambient
temperature of the machine will raise as well.
6.) There must be no serious vibration on the floor or installation.
7.) The latitude: 0-100meters (0-328 ft.) elevation.
8.) When the machine moves or stores, the electric environment need to be ambient temperature -25 -55 (-13
degrees Fahrenheit-131 degrees Fahrenheit).
In 24 hours, it could endure the temperature 70 (158 degrees Fahrenheit).
