How to Use the VitalsBridge Connector Software
Before beginning this segment make sure the following have been completed:
1.
The VitalsBridge has been connected properly to the patient monitor.
2.
The VitalsBridge has been connected properly to the device that will be used to control it.
3.
The VitalsBridge Connector Software has been downloaded and installed on the PC that will be used to
control the VitalsBridge.
Basic steps to run the VitalsBridge:
1.
Power on the VitalsBridge.
2.
Run the VitalsBridge Connector Software.
3.
Connect the VitalsBridge to the connector software or app.
4.
Manually control the desired vital signs via the connector software or app.
Manual Adjustment of Vital Signs
Once connected to the VitalsBridge, vital signs can be manually controlled. Touch the + / - to increase or decrease the
value. One may also hold the + / - value to make rapid changes or type the desired value into the number box. Use the
check boxes to completely turn off vital signs, set the temperature probe to room temperature, or to zero invasive blood
pressures.
Note:
The VB200 and VB100 models support fewer vital signs and unsupported parameters will not be shown.
