Remove the right-hand side bottom roller and replace it by repeating Step 9.
11.
Exit the hopper.
12.
Start the engine and engage the hydraulic pump.
13.
Extend the packer until the top rollers are at the same height as were the bottom rollers in the
previous steps.
14.
Turn OFF the hydraulic pump and the engine.
15.
Lock out and tag out the vehicle (see
Locking Out and Tagging Out the Vehicle
16.
Replace both top rollers (one at a time) by repeating Steps 9 and 10.
17.
When completed, close back both floating panels.
18.
Exit the hopper.
19.
Start the engine and engage the hydraulic pump.
20.
Run a full cycle to check for proper operation.
21.
Reinstall both anti-spill guards.
C. Co-Mingle Units W/ Loading Arm
To replace the panel roller assemblies:
1.
Start the engine and engage the hydraulic pump.
2.
Fully retract the packer using the yellow button on the packer control station.
3.
Turn OFF the hydraulic pump and the engine.
4.
Lock out and tag out the vehicle (see
Locking Out and Tagging Out the Vehicle
5.
Remove the anti-spill guards located on each side of the hopper (see Figure 3
265).
An R-pin located just behind the anti-spill guard (see Figure 3
266) must be pulled completely to
allow for the removal of the guard.
