Adjusting Chute Pressure (Co-Mingle Vehicles)
To calibrate the working pressure of the chute:
1.
Secure the arm working area using safety tape or barricades.
2.
Start the engine and engage the hydraulic system (pump switch ON).
3.
Activate the chute manually with the control lever (see Figure 5
40) until the cylinder reaches
the end of its stroke (chute leaning to either left or right).
4.
Take a reading of the maximum pressure at this point.
5.
With the proper hex key, tighten or loosen the work port relief valve screw so as to adjust the
chute pressure to 2000 PSI (±50 PSI).
