How to Adjust

To adjust the access ladder proximity switch:

RETURN ladder to “home” position.

COMPLETE lockout/tagout procedure (see

Lockout/Tagout Procedure

on page 20).

LOOSEN the proximity switch mounting nuts. Slide the switch forward or backward in the
mount to achieve a gap of approximately ¼” with the tab.

TIGHTEN the proximity switch nuts.

TEST and repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary.
