3.6.7 Wrong patient selected
The wrong patient was selected when we did the investigation. How can we
save the investigation data with the right patient?

Cut and paste the investigation data.
o
Click with the right mouse key in the window ‘Investigations’ on the
investigation you want to move. Select
Cut in the pop-up menu.
o
Select the right patient.
o
Click with right mouse key on an empty place in the window
Investigations. Select Paste [system number], [investigation
number]>.
o
The message "Paste investigation from clipboard?" is shown. Click
on OK .
o
The question "Delete Source-investigation?" is shown. Click on Yes if
you want to delete the investigation with the "wrong" patient.
3.6.8 Messages during the investigation
One of the messages ‘Protocol could not be found’, ‘Settings file not present’ is
displayed.

Run the program MMSprot in the PROGRM directory.
The message ‘Fatal error occurred during the measurement’ is displayed

Write down the whole message, which is displayed on the screen. Shut
down the measurement program:

Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard.
o
Choose MMS Measurement & Analysis software.
o
Click Shut Down.
During the investigation, the message ‘MEMORY FULL **** DATA IS NOT
SAVED NOW!’ is displayed.

Your computer does not have enough memory to save more investigation
data.
o
Stop the investigation.
o
Free some hard disk space if your hard disk is (almost) full.
o
Put more memory in your computer.
o
Restart the investigation.
