Weekly Quarterly Annually
Wipe down interior with suitable
dish soap, solvent, disinfectant or
cleaner

Clean exterior surfaces (especially
front and top) of any dust with a
damp cloth

Operate fan system, noting airflow
with source of visible smoke

Use calibrated anemometer or
other approved apparatus to verify
airflow face velocity through sash
opening. Reading should be
between 60 and 100 fpm.
