15.10. BRIQUETTES FEEDER CLEANING
WARNING: This operation must be carried out without power supply !! Disconnect the power supply plug from the outlet.
Periodically carry out the automatic feeding system cleaning as any solid residues may cause jamming problems to the entire system.
On the bottom of the stove there is a removable tray for collecting briquette residues (
A
).
15.11. AUTOMATIC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
WARNING: This operation must be carried out without power supply !! Disconnect the power supply plug from the outlet.
Using the appliance continuously will cause the lubricant in the mechanical parts of the AUTOMATIC SYSTEM to progressively run out
over time, causing therefore poor sliding and more noise. For this reason each appliance is supplied with high temperature grease to make
it possible for the user to lubricate the system when necessary (excessive noise or sliding reduction).
Apply the supplied grease on the contact points and chains shown in
WARNING: Only use the grease supplied by
La NORDICA. IMPORTANT: After reassembling the left door, put the protective grommet on the protruding screw near the electric
socket,

.
15.12. OVERTEMPERATURE THERMOSTAT RESET
The product is provided with a safety thermostat that disconnects the electric power supply from the automatic system when it reaches
85°C. In AUTOMATIC mode it stops the supply of the fuel in the furnace favouring the appliance switch-off and slow cooling down. In
MANUAL mode nothing occurs, however on the next ignition in automatic mode, it will be necessary to reset the thermostat.
To reset the safety thermostat
just open the combustion feed door located on the left side of the appliance, and press switch
A
shown
in
.
IMPORTANT
:
Before resetting the safety thermostat
wait until the product has sufficiently cooled down
. If this does not occur the
safety thermostat will intervene again, after a short time after ignition, by removing voltage.
WARNING: If after reset an anomaly is detected in the automatic briquettes feeding system, turn power off and call for service.
15.13. GASKETS
The gaskets guarantee the tightness of the stove and its consequent good functioning. These must be checked regularly: they must be
replaced immediately if they are worn or damaged. These operations must be carried out by an authorised technician.
