CANCEL the file deletion by selecting Back on the File Browse Menu or No on the con-
firmation “ARE YOU SURE?” Menu.

NOTE:  Once a file is deleted from the data disk, it can not be recovered.

8.17

DISPLAYING GMT / ROTOR INFORMATION

This procedure may be performed while the PI is in CVR, CVDR, or FDR modes.

SELECT the Special Functions Menu from the Main Menu.

SELECT the Display GMT/ROTOR Menu from the Special Functions Menu.

GMT FSK data will be output by the PI each time a new GMT value is available.  GMT
FSK data is displayed in Hours : Minutes : Seconds (XX:XX:XX).

ROTOR SPEED FSK data is output by the PI each time a new Rotor Speed value is avail-
able.  Rotor Speed data is displayed in frequency.

RETURN to the Main Menu by pressing the Menu Button on the PI keypad.

OUTPUTING FAULT LOG TO A DATA FILE

This procedure may be performed while the PI is in CVR, CVDR, or FDR modes.  A data
disk must be present in the PI and the recorder must not be in Record mode.

SELECT the Special Functions Menu from the Main Menu.

SELECT the Fault Log to File Menu from the Special Functions Menu.

INPUT a file name by using the navigation and Select buttons on the PI keypad.

SELECT the Start option to begin the output after a file name has been entered.

RETURN to the Main Menu without performing the fault log output by pressing the Menu
button on the PI keypad.

OUTPUTING TRACE MESSAGES TO A DATA FILE

This procedure may be performed while the PI is in CVR, CVDR, or FDR modes.  A data
disk must be present in the PI.

SELECT the Special Functions Menu from the Main Menu.

SELECT the Trace Messages to File Menu from the Special Functions Menu.

INPUT a file name by using the navigation and Select buttons on the PI keypad.

SELECT the Start option to begin the output after a file name has been entered.

END the output by pressing the Menu button on the PI keypad to return to the Main Menu.

RETURN to the Main Menu without performing the trace messages output by pressing the
Menu button on the PI keypad.
