KARA-PULLBACK setup safety limits

The KARA-PULLBACK accessory attaches to the bottom enclosure of a Kara array to allow setting the site angle down to

-90° so as to obtain a pullback conguration. However, this limit depends on the composition of the array as shown in

the table below.
