Then, gradually increase operation load
while running for 10 minutes.
Stop the machine, check the amount of
hydraulic oil and add as necessary.
Make sure that there is no oil leakage.
Check all of the connections.
Check that the traveling is in neutral
position.
Adjust the neutral position if necessary.
Hydraulic Hose
Hydraulic hoses may become severely worn if
they are subjected to weathering, sun or
chemicals, if they are stored in extremely hot
warehouses, or if they are handled roughly
during operations or maintenance. They may
result in premature damage or deterioration.
Hydraulic hoses are more sensitive to exterior
conditions than other parts, so inspect them for
damage or deterioration according to the
maintenance schedule.
When replacing hydraulic hoses, check that
they are straight (no twists) before loosening
the hose.
Use two spanners when replacing hydraulic
hoses. Start by supporting the hose in the
specified position using the first spanner. Next,
use the second spanner to tighten the hose
swivel nut to the coupling.
