• Use TJEP lubicator in the air plug (H) of the coil
nailer at least twice a day (depending on frequency
of use).
• Avoid any use of solvent base cleaner to clean
the coil nailer, as certain solvent will damage or
weaken the composite parts of the coil nailer.
• All screws and nuts should be kept tight and
undamaged. Loose screws may result hazard situ
-
ations and cause severe personal injury or parts
breakage.
• It is recommended to use a filter and regulator on
the compressor.
• On a daily basis empty the compressor tanks for
water.
• NEVER use a tool if there is any doubt.
Cold weather
• When operating the coil nailer in temperatures
near and below freezing, the moisture in the air
line may freeze and prevent the coil nailer from
operating.
• Reduce the air pressure to 80 psi (5.5 bar) or less.
• Remove all nails from the magazine.
• Connect the compressor and blank-fire the coil
nailer, as slow speed operation tends to warm up
the moving parts.
Storage
• When not in use for an extended period, apply
a thin coat of lubricant to the steel parts to avoid
rust. Do not store the coil nailer in a cold weather
environment. When not in use, the coil nailer
should be stored in a warm and dry place. Keep
out of childrens reach.
Disposal
• Disposal of the coil nailer must be carried out
according to the instructions given by the local
authorities.
