Manage Emails
Sort Messages
1. On the email account inbox, touch Menu >
Sort .
2. Touch one of the following options:
• Date (Most recent/Oldest) : Select to
sort email messages by received time.
• Subject (A-Z/Z-A) : Select to
alphabetically sort email messages by
subject.
• Sender (A-Z/Z-A) : Select to
alphabetically sort email messages by
sender.
• Size (Largest/Smallest) : Select to sort
email by file size.
3. Touch OK .
Delete Messages
1. On the email account inbox, touch and hold
the email you want to delete.
2. On the options menu, touch Delete .
3. Touch OK to confirm.
Delete Email Accounts
1. Touch Home , open the applications tab,
then touch Email .
2. Touch and hold the email account you want
to delete.
3. On the options menu, touch Delete
account .
4. Touch OK to confirm.
Email Account Settings
1. Touch Home , open the applications tab,
then touch Email .
2. Touch and hold the email account you want
to edit.
3. On the options menu, touch Settings .
4. Touch one of the following to adjust
settings:
•
Account info : Select to change the name,
email address, password, or description.
• General settings : Select to set the font
size when reading emails, enable or
disable signature. Touch
Signature to
enter the signature.
• Send & receive : Select to set the file size
limit when receiving emails, the
frequency and number of emails when
checking for new mail from the server.
• Notification settings : Select to set email
notification settings.
5. Touch Back to save your changes.
