34 Customize Contacts
Customize Contacts
Edit Contacts
1. From the Contacts screen, touch and hold
the contact name to open the options menu.
2. Touch Edit contact .
3. Edit the contact information.
4. When done, touch
Menu > Done .
Add Contacts to Favorites
1. From the Contacts screen, touch and hold
the contact name to open the options menu.
2. Touch Add to favorites .
Delete Contacts
1. From the Contacts screen, touch and hold
the contact name to open the options menu.
2. Touch Delete Contact .
3. A warning message appears, touch OK .
Assign Ringtone to Contacts
1. From the Contacts screen, touch and hold
the contact name to open the options menu.
2. Touch Edit contact .
3. Scroll down and touch Ringtone .
4. Touch either Preloaded ringtones or User
added ringtones .
5. Touch select and playback ringtone.
6. Touch
OK to assign the selected ringtone.
7. Touch Done .
Divert Contacts Call to Voicemail
Incoming calls from a contact can be
automatically diverted to voicemail.
1. From the
Contacts screen, touch and hold
the contact name to open the options menu.
2. Touch Edit contact .
3. Scroll down and touch Incoming calls .
4. Touch Done .
Use Favorites
You can set frequently-called contacts as
Favorites .
View Favorites
To view Favorites , press the Send key, then
touch Favorites tab.
Call Favorites Contacts
1. From the Favorites screen, touch and hold
the contact name to open the options menu.
2. Touch Call Mobile or Call Home .
Send SMS/ MMS Message to Contacts
1. From the Favorites screen, touch and hold
the contact name to open the options menu.
2. Touch Send SMS/MMS .
3. Compose your message.
• To attach pictures, video, or audio, touch
Menu > Attach, touch the type of file,
then the file to attach.
4. Touch Send .
