Note:
The next time your phone connects to a previously accessed, secured wireless network,
you will not be prompted to enter the password again, unless you reset your phone to its
factory default settings or you instruct the phone to forget the network.
Check the Wireless Network Status
Check the status of your current wireless network, including speed and signal strength, through
the Wi-Fi settings menu.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
[Menu]

Highlight the wireless network that the phone is currently connected to and press the

[Select]

Show details
. You will see the Wi-Fi network name,
status, signal strength, speed, and other details.
Note:
If you want to remove the wireless network settings, select
Forget network
. You need to
enter the settings again if you want to connect to this wireless network.
Connect to a Different Wi-Fi Network
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
[Menu]

Wi-Fi
. Detected Wi-Fi networks are displayed.
To manually scan for available Wi-Fi networks, press the Left soft key
[Refresh]
.
Highlight another Wi-Fi network you want to connect to and press the Center soft key

Note:
If the wireless network you want to connect to is not in the list of detected networks,
press the Right soft key
[Options]

Add network
. Enter the wireless network
settings and press the Center soft key
[Save]
.
Wi-Fi Options Menu
The Wi-Fi options menu lets you set up and connect to available Wi-Fi networks and configure
advanced Wi-Fi options.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
