Tools and Calendar 101
Flashlight
Your phone is equipped with an LED flashlight.
Warning: Do not shine the LED
flashlight into anyone’s eyes, as doing so may compromise
their vision and cause an accident.
To turn the LED flashlight on or off:
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings > 1.
Tools > Flashlight . The LED flashlight turns on.
Press the Left soft key [Blink on] to begin blinking. Press the Left soft key 2.
[Blink off] to stop blinking.
The following options are available: 3.

Brightness : Set the Flashlight brightness. Select from High , Medium , or Low .

Blink speed : Set the blink speed of Flashlight. Select from Fast , Normal , or Slow .

Light time : Set the Flashlight interval. Select from Always on , 1 minute , 3 minutes ,
5 minutes , or 10 minutes .
Press the Center soft key [Turn off] to turn the LED flashlight off. 4.
Note: You cannot use the LED flashlight in certain situations, such as when the battery is very
low.
Voice Commands
You can use your phone’s built-in Voice Commands software to dial a phone number or to
launch phone functions. All you have to do is to talk into the phone, and the system will
recognize your voice and complete tasks by itself.
Activate the Voice Commands
► From the Idle screen, press the Voice commands key
.
The phone prompts you to say the name of the command you want to use. To complete your
task, simply follow the voice prompts.
Tip: Use Voice commands in a quiet environment so it can accurately recognize your
commands.
Tip: You can also activate Voice commands with the phone closed. Press and hold the
External speaker key , or press the Call list key and the Volume down key
