4. Front Brake Fluid
Check 4.1.
Brake fluid:
Fluid leakage → Replace.
Brake hose:
Cracks/wear/damage →
Replace.
Apply the brake lever several times.
Brake hose clamp:
Loosen → Tighten
Fluid Replacement/Air 4.2.
Bleeding
Once the hydraulic system has been
opened, or if the brake feels spongy, the
system must bled. When using a
commercially available brake bleeder, follow
the manu
facturer’s operating instructions.

A contaminated brake disc or pad
reduces stopping power. Discard
contaminated pads and clean a
contaminated disc with a high quality
brake degreasing agent.

Do not allow foreign material to enter
the system when filling the reservoir.

Avoid spilling brake fluid on painted,
plastic or rubber parts. Place a rag
over these parts whenever the system
is serviced.
Brake Fluid Draining 4.3.
Make sure that the master cylinder parallel
to the ground, before removing the reservoir
cover.
Remove the two screws.
Remove the reservoir cover, diaphragm
plate and diaphragm.
Connect a bleed hose to the bleed valve
