Q20.When run DTVR, it display”Cannot Set capture device.... [1000]”.

1. Please check TV box was found and the driver installed properly in device
manager(please reference below picture).

If the driver didn’t install properly, you will see “!” or “?” in device manager. Please
try to reinstall driver to solve the question (Please reference Q2,Q3 and Q4).
