Disc wear
When installing:

thoroughly clean the bearing surfaces of the disc and hub.

Check that the O-ring on the hub is in its housing. Replace if
damaged.

Place the disc.

Screw the 5 screws.
Comb wear
Check the combs of the harrows [+] . Replace them if they are badly
worn.
Wear of the

knife skids on Actipack
and Actiring

Regularly check the wear of the knife skids A .

Replace them before wear can cause the part to be lost during
operation.

CAUTION
Replace the discs with original discs. The initial discs have an
exclusive heat treatment that significantly increases their life
cycle.
For optimal overlapping, replace the discs when their diameter
reaches 400 mm
