NOTE
Never turn when the machine is in the ground.
Working depth of the
machine
The roller controls the working depth of the discs.
After adjusting the working depth of the discs, check that the
machine's chassis remains horizontal in operation (parallel to the
ground).
Manual depth control
Principle
The working depth is adjusted using plastic chocks. According to the
number of chocks engaged, the depth control system rests on the
chocks and adjusts the working depth of the machine.
•
Adding more chocks reduces the working depth.
•
Removing chocks increases the working depth.
•
A chock corresponds to about 2 cm
(
3/4
”).
Adjustment procedure
Raise and stabilise the machine.
Add chocks
A
to reduce the working depth or remove chocks to
increase it.
Apply the same setting to all the roller arms.
To adjust the transfer
load to the rear of the
machine
Place the machine on the ground.
Slide the ring

to position it as close as possible to the bearing
surface.
Rotate the ring
B
to bring the holes in line with the spindle.
Put back the spindle
