Trough

Gear-box grease specifi-

cations

Only use the greases specified in the table.

Fill level

To check the trough's grease fill level, proceed as follows.

Prerequisite:

•

Operate the machine until the grease has warmed up and has
distributed itself evenly throughout the trough.



Park the machine on an even, horizontal surface, so that it is
standing horizontally



Switch off the tractor and secure it against rolling away



Remove the cover on the filling port



Fill level of the grease in the trough, the gear wheels must be half
covered with grease



Replenish gear-box grease as required



Fit the cover onto the filling port



Check tightness of the cover on the filling port after each
maintenance

Operate the machine again for a short time and then check again.
