Rotor speed
The table below lists the rotor speeds of the factory-fitted gear-box.
These speeds generally enable optimal work results. A rotational
speed of 540 rpm or 1000 rpm is recommended for the tractor's PTO,
depending on the design of the gear-box in the power harrow.
Setting the rotor
speed
Prerequisites:

The tractor's PTO is deactivated
•
All driven components are stationary
•
The machine has been lowered to the work position
•
Tractor motor is switched off
•
Tractor is secured against rolling away and being restarted without
authorisation
•
PTO shaft is separated from the tractor
•
The transmission oil is not drained

Risk of burning
Do not perform any work on a gear-box still hot from operation. Wait
until the components and the oil have cooled down.
Failure to observe these instructions may result in severe injuries.
