Calibration of the Back Section
For the
994-X
, there are two screens available to calibrate the back section. To calibrate, follow the
directions in “Enter a Positive or Negative Number?” on page 3-7
At the
Main Screen
select
Setup

to get to the Machine Calibration screen to access:
• Lock Location Calibration
• Lock Bore Location r

Reference Door Lock
To start, run a known good lock cut at a standard location on
a Right Hand or Left Hand door.
Once the lock cut is completed, check the distance from the
top of the door to the center of the lock.
Note the measurement value and compare to specification
If the lock location is correct, there is no need to perform
this process, If it is not correct, follow the instructions in See “Adjusting
Lock Location” below.
