Bottom heater (optional heating plate IRHP100A)
This function is only possible when the optional Rework heating plate
IRHP100A is connected.
6.2.1
First commissioning
■
Connect power supply cord with heating plate

Place the heating plate on the base plate of the HR 200.
■
Pass the heating plate control wire through the conduit

Connect the control wire at connector

Connect the power supply cable to the power socket.
6.2.2
Operation
■
The optional heating plate IRHP100A is actuated using control knob

At all levels
except level "0", a standby 30% continuous power of the bottom heater is present.

You can set two output levels. By pressing the foot switch, the output of the bottom
heater is increased to the set value. This is in level
0: Off
1: 40% output
2: 60% output
3: 80% output
4: 100% output
■
The light-on time of LED

corresponds to the output level.
■
By releasing the foot switch, the top heater is switched off again, and the bottom
heater is switched back to 30% standby output.
