5.2 How to Set/Change Parameters
Settings of each parameter can be changed from the setup mode.
■ How to change Parameters
The following explains how to change settings of each parameter.
(1) Select the extraction mode.
Press the [MODE] button several times until the
target extraction mode appears.
(2) Press the [ ] [ ] buttons
simultaneously.
When the LCD displays as shown in the figure, the
setup mode starts.
(3) Press the [MODE] button several times
until the target parameter appears.
To return to the previous parameter, press the
[DISCHARGE] button.
(4) Change the parameter settings using
the [ ] [ ] buttons.
- [ ] switch: raises the setting value.
- [ ] switch: lowers the setting value.
- Holding one of the above switches down can
change the setting values consecutively.
When changing other items, repeat steps (3) and (4).

ELUT VOL: 50 -
ELUT VOL: 400 elution buffer
discharge rate
Sets the elution buffer discharge rate.
Can be specified between 50 - 400l in increments of 50l.

ELUT PEAK: 50 -
ELUT PEAK: 160 elution buffer peak
pressure
Sets the peak pressure during pressure application. Judgment
criteria is "the pressure before pressure appli the
pressure set in this item". Pressure application may be
stopped before reaching the peak pressure, if air pressure
drops suddenly, indicating that all liquid has been discharged.
Can be specified between 50 - 160 kpa in increments of 1kpa.

Can be specified between 0 - 510 sec. in increments of 2
seconds.
