Basic functions
Steam function
Use this function
to cook all sorts of vegetables, rice, fish and meat. It is also suitable for extracting
juice from berries and for simultaneous defrosting, cooking and regenerating.

1. Rotate the
Function selection knob
into
the Steam Function. The display flashes
and indicates “100ºC”.
2. Rotate the
+/- selection knob
to set the
desired temperature (40ºC to 100).
3. Press the
OK key
to change duration. The
respective display will start to flash. This
setting is optional. Please jump to point 5 if
yo
u don’t want to set duration.
4. Rotate the
+/- selection knob
to set the
desired duration (for example, to 10 minutes).
5. Press the
START
/ STOP
key. The oven will
start to operate.
Regenerating & Sterilising
Use this function
to regenerate plate dishes and ready-made meals as well as to sterilise and boil
down fruit.
