Shear bolt replacement
- Remove guard (1).
- Remove the fragments of the bolt from the jaws.
- Match the holes in the jaws.
- Fit a new bolt (2) inside yoke.

Screw up and tighten the self-locking nut
moderately.
To ensure that the torque limiter works
properly, use only KUHN shear bolts.

6.1.6 PTO output on angle gearbox
The angle gearbox is factory fitted with a rear PTO
output that rotates in the same direction and at the
same speed as the tractor PTO.
The rear PTO enables driving a complementary
tool.
- When using the rear PTO output shaft, remove
guard (1).
- The rear pto output is limited in authorized
power at 37 kW (50 hp).
When the rear PTO output shaft is no longer
used, guard (1) must be reinstalled.
