Set drop point
With the selection of the spreading vane type the operator specifies a particular
range for the working width. Changing the drop point sets the working width and
adjusts it for various types of fertilisers.
The fertiliser drop point is set using the top scale.
Adjusting in the direction of smaller numbers: the fertiliser is ejected sooner.
This gives scatter patterns for smaller working widths.
Adjusting in the direction of larger numbers: the fertiliser is ejected later and
spread more towards the outside into the overlap zone. This gives scatter pat-
terns for larger working widths.
The operator moves the stop to the position specified beforehand in the calibra-
tion charts.

1.
Determine the position for the drop point in the calibration charts or by a test
with the practice test kit (optional).
2.
Hold the left and right handle. Press the pointer.
The lock is released. The adjustment centre can be moved.
3.
Move the adjustment centre with the display component to the calculated po-
sition.
4.
Release the display component.
The adjustment centre is locked.
5.
Make sure that the adjustment centre is locked.
