You can access the inside of the
blower through a hatch (1) on the left
front of the machine.
If the blower is jammed, use a tool
(releasing hook). If you start the
blower plate moving manually, you
run a serious risk of having your finger
cut off by a blade, since this system
has a very high inertia
The blower rotates, the beater
bar is engaged and the
conveyor is working but the
product does not come out
The conveyor is set to 0
Check the conveyor speed, increase
it if necessary.
The beater bar is blocked
Check that the product to distribute is
not compressed against the beater
bar. Decompress the product in the
body by opening the hook slightly. Put
the conveyor into reverse for a short
time, then put it forwards again.
The blower bangs when the
PTO engages The friction limiter slips in fits and
starts
Engage the PTO progressively at the
recommended speed.
If the tractor is fitted with a hydraulic
PTO clutch, consult the Kuhn dealer
to solve the problem of the clutch
progression for all tractor engine
speeds.
