Tine position
The tines should be fitted at a defined angle (97°) so that optimum
crop collection can be achieved. The correct tine setting can be
checked using the tine gauge.

Check the tine position for each tine
Place the tine gauge on the tine support.
The tine must rest parallel against the setting gauge along the entire
length of the gauge.
If the tine does not rest parallel along the entire length:

Correct the tine position for each tine:

When changing tines and
•
once before the season.
Undo the hexagon nut and lock nut.
Turn the hexagon socket bolt so that the tine rests parallel against
the setting gauge.

To ensure the tine cannot move out of position, the hexagon socket
bolt must rest against the tine eye.
Tighten the hexagon nut to 120 Nm
