Notes

1. High exhaust 

temperature indicator

Indicates high exhaust 
temperature. 

IMPORTANT: 

Will light when exhaust 

cleaning (DPF regeneration) is 
occurring. 

2. Air filter restriction 

indicator 

Indicator will begin flashing 
once the air filter is 25% 
unrestricted. Percentage will 
decrease as air filter 
becomes more restricted. 

For best results, replace filter 
between 25% and 0%. Reset 
after replacing air filter.

To view the air filter percentage before 
25% unrestricted, press the 
diagnostics menu button at any time. 

3. Hydraulic fluid 

temperature indicator

Lights and alarm sounds 
when hydraulic fluid is 
overheating.

Check hydraulic fluid level.

Reduce load.

Ensure oil cooler is clean.

4. Engine over-

temperature indicator

Flashes when temperature 
rises above 230°F (110°C). 

IMPORTANT: 

If temperature goes 

above 230°F (110°C):

1. Stop operation, set throttle to low 
idle, and allow engine to cool.

2. Stop engine.

3. Check coolant level.

4. Ensure radiator is clean.
