4. Cleaning radiator cooling fins
WARNING
To avoid serious injury or death:
• Compressed air can cause debris to fly a long
distance.
• Clear work area of bystanders.
• Wear eye protection when using compressed
air for cleaning purposes.
• Reduce compressed air pressure to 210 kPa

1. Park the vehicle on a flat surface and raise the seat.
2. Remove the radiator maintenance cover.

3. Detach the radiator screen.

(A) “DETACH”
4. Remove all dirt and debris from radiator fins and fan
shroud using compressed air or water.
Flow of compressed air or water should be from the
back to the front as shown in the figures.
After raising the seat, blow from the back of the
fan.

After raising the cargo bed, blow from the back of
the fan.

5. Be sure to slide it down to the protrusion when
putting back the radiator screen.
6. Reinstall the radiator screen and the maintenance
cover.
5. Replacing transmission oil filter
WARNING
To avoid serious injury or death:
• Be sure to stop the engine before changing the
oil filter.
• Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can
be hot and can burn.
