(3) Separating Hydraulic Pump
Draining Hydraulic Tank Oil
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
• Be sure to stop the engine before changing the oil.
• Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and
may cause burns.
1. Park the vehicle on a firm, flat and level surface.
2. Tilt the seat.
3. Remove the under guard.
4. To drain the used oil, remove the drain plug and filling plug and
drain the oil completely into the oil pan.
5. After draining, reinstall the drain plug.
6. Install the under guard.
(When refilling)
• Fill with new KUBOTA SUPER UDT fluid up to the upper notch
on the dipstick. (See page G-8.)
How to check:
Wipe dipstick clean with a rag and screw filling plug into filling
hole. Remove filling plug again to see if the oil level is between
the upper and lower notch.
• After filling, reinstall the filling plug.
