12. Checking brake pedal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
• Make sure that the brake pedals have equal
adjustments when being locked together.
Incorrect or unequal brake pedal adjustments
can cause the tractor to swerve or roll-over.
1. Inspect the brake pedals for free travel and smooth
operation.
2. Adjust if incorrect measurement is found.
(See Adjusting brake pedal on page 159.)
13. Checking parking brake
Pull the parking brake lever to apply the brakes. With
the key switch at
“ON”
position, the parking brake
indicator on the instrument panel lights up.
To release the brakes, push in the button at the tip of
the parking brake lever and tilt down the lever.
After releasing the brakes, the parking brake indicator
on the instrument panel will turn off.
