Checking Seat Belt and ROPS
1. Always check condition of seat belt and ROPS
attaching hardware before operating tractor.
2. Replace if damaged.
EVERY 50 HOURS

Lubricating Grease Fittings
Apply a small amount of multipurpose grease to the
following points every 50 hours:
If you operated the machine in extremely wet and muddy
conditions, lubricate grease fittings more often.

[L4240, L4740, L5040, L5240, L5740]
When apply a grease to forward front axle support,
remove the breather plug and apply a grease until grease
overflows from breather plug port.
After greasing reinstall the breather plug.
(1) Grease fitting (Knuckle shaft)[RH, LH]
(1) Grease fitting (Front wheel case support)[RH, LH]
(1) Grease fitting (Front axle support)
(2) Breather plug
(1) Grease fitting (Lift cylinder)
(1) Grease fitting (Top link)
(2) Grease fitting (Lifting rod) [RH]
(3) Grease fitting (Top link bracket)
