5.3.2 Connection of the Ants LES01
The sensor has 4 inputs/outputs, which are already correctly wired to a picoMAX® eCOM plug during
production, for direct use on the PSU Evaluation Unit.
When connecting via a trailing cable, the wiring must be performed as follows:

The maximum distance to the Evaluation Unit may not exceed 100 m. This 100 m must be carried out
as a twisted pair bus lines shielded with 0.5 mm

and can also be routed in the trailing cable.
In general, when installing buses, the installation technician must always make sure that he is not
electrostatically charged to avoid damage to the device during installation.
5.4 Safety relay connection
Electrical measures for integrating the safety circuits are displayed below.
5.4.1 Plug X5: Safety circuit output
These terminals 18 and 19 are always closed during operation and open in the limit switch, time delay
limit switch, inspection limit switch areas, in error mode (tape or PSU01 faulty) and in case of an UCM.
In AC operation, the safety circuit must be protected with a 2 A fuse on
the control side. In DC operation, it must be protected with a 1 A fuse.
5.4.2 Plug X6: Door zone relay outputs
These terminals 22, 23, 24 are used as inputs for an external UCM Evaluation Unit. They can be used
for evaluating the UCM zone, as they are to be considered as classical magnetic switches, which they
replace.
