Remove the oil dipstick and wipe it off with a cloth.

Add engine oil to the marking on the oil dipstick.

Replace the oil dipstick.
Too little engine oil or poor-quality engine oil results in premature wear to the engine.
The engine oil level must be corrected when the engine is warm.
