Main work

Mount the preassembled kick starter shaft

with the washer.
–
Tension the kick starter spring and mount and tighten screw

.
Guideline
Screw, kick starter spring M6 10 Nm
(7.4 lbf ft) Loctite ® 243™
Info
Ensure that the distance from the kick starter spring to the kick starter shaft
is the same all around.

Mount the distance sleeve.

Do not damage the shaft seal ring.

Position the new lock washer and mount nut

. Tighten the nut, holding the inner
clutch hub with a special tool.
