6.7 Turn signal switch

Turn signal switch 1 is fitted on the combination switch on the left.
Possible states
Turn signal off
–
Turn signal switch pushed toward the switch housing.
Left turn signal, on
–
Turn signal switch pressed to the left. The turn signal
switch returns automatically to the central position after use.
Right turn signal, on
–
Turn signal switch pressed to the right. The turn
signal switch returns automatically to the central position after use.

An automatic turn signal switch-off function ( ATIR ) is available as a software feature.
The ATIR function uses a time and distance counter.
If the turn signal has been on for at least 10 seconds and 150 meters of riding
distance, the turn signal is switched off.
If the vehicle is stationary, both counters are stopped.
If the turn signal switch is reactivated, both counters are reset.
