Unlock the steering and move the vehicle forward with both hands on the handlebar.

While the vehicle tips off of the center stand, activate the front brake to stop the vehi-
cle from rolling away.

Check that the center stand is folded all the way up.
13.3 Removing the seat

Insert the ignition key in seat lock

and turn it clockwise by 45°.
–
Lift up the seat at the rear, pull it back, and lift off.
–
Remove the ignition key.
