9.4 Setting the switching points

Switching points and parameters not correctly set
Explosion protection and function not guaranteed!

The correct setting of switching points and parameters is essential for the
explosion protection and function of the system.
CAUTION
Maximum fill level exceeded
Waste water flowing back into the inlet!
▷
The alarm level must be below the lower edge of the inlet.
CAUTION
Incorrect cut-out level
Pump sets overheating!
▷
Set the cut-out level in accordance with the information on minimum
submergence of the pump sets.

The operating manual of the pump set is on hand.
ü
The data sheet (scope of supply) is available.
1. Set the alarm level (A). The alarm signal must be triggered at a level below the
lower edge of the inlet.
2. Set the fill level 1 / cut-out level (L1) in accordance with operating manual of the
pump set. Observe the information on minimum submergence.
3. Set the fill level 2 (L2) in accordance with the data sheet.

The first pump set starts up and transports the waste water out of the
collecting tank.
4. Set the fill level 3 (L3) in accordance with the data sheet.

Depending on the hydraulic selection of the pump sets: The second pump set
starts up and transports the waste water out of the collecting tank.
